Zucchini Bread Recipe

Hi all

after the amazing feedback I got from the zucchini bread and numerous requests - here is the recipe:

 

Zucchini Bread

3 Cups Self Raising Flour
2 Cups of Sugar
3 Cups grated Zucchini
3 eggs - Beaten
1 cup of sultanas
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
2 teaspoons Vanilla Essence

Mix ingredients and pour into 2 x greased loaf tins
Bake at 150C for approx 3/4 hour to 1 hour
Makes 2 x loaves

Easy as that!
